Distributor

Do I need to complete the payment before I receive my order?

If you’re interested in becoming a distributor and represent FastWhip, you do need an industry relevant registered business and a duly valid VAT Number (EU).

 
Which documentation do I need to place orders?

Since we highly value our relationship with our distributors, we want all of our distributors to verify the legitimacy of their company and that they are the official owner. All the company information that you send in is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else.

 
Do I need to be a registered company to place orders?

What's the minimum amount to place distributor orders?

The minimum amount for distributors is usually one pallet, however, we do offer smaller quantities for new distributors to try out the product. For more information get in contact with us through our distributor form.

 
What are the possibilities for drop shipping?

Can we arrange our own transportation?

It is possible for your company to arrange its own transportation, please contact us through our distributor form for more information.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you deliver to any address?
We ship to whichever address you fill in, you do not have to collect your orders at the border or harbor.
Are there additional costs?
Along with your original order, including transportation, some countries outside the EU also charge import duties. Be sure to check the rules in your country before ordering.
Since Exotic Whip contains N2O, which shipping methods will be used?
All of our orders are sent with ADR, we make sure to follow all the rules and guidelines to safely deliver your order.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We only accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer. Your sales contact will provide the required details in due course.
What’s the difference between Fast Whip and other disposable N2O cylinder?

The FastWhip cylinder is also seamless, which means that the chemical aftertaste which you usually experience with traditional cream chargers is non-existent on our cylinders. To add on to this, we also offer optional flavors which can turn your cream into several different exotic flavors.

 

 
Which different flavors are there to choose from?
Strawberry and Coconut are flavours available but we can provide additional flavours for custom order subject to minimum order quantities.
Do I have to pay extra for the added nozzles?

Each order we send out includes a free nozzle, with no additional cost.

 

 
What is the duration of the refund and returns policy for Fast Whip?
The refund and returns policy for ExoticWhip lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a full refund or exchange cannot be offered.
